Our courses are designed to improve your comfort, confidence and performance on your bike:

  • Improving your comfort: ensuring you are riding the right bike for you, adjusted correctly so however far you ride you enjoy being on your bike
  • Building your confidence: helping you to develop your bike handling skills to give you the confidence to get the most out of you and your bike on your chosen events
  • All of which will enable you to improve your performance and enjoyment of riding your bike

Our courses are:

  • normally run over three days with five half-day activity sessions tailored to your needs
  • run by qualified coaches
  • and flexible to your requirements

We offer two basic courses, one targeted at Ironman and long distance triathletes based around the Ironman Wales course in Tenby, South Pembrokeshire and the other targeted at competitors for cyclosportives and charity challenge rides based around the Tour of Pembrokeshire sportive course in North Pembrokeshire.
