Two and a half-day intensive cycling assessment and skills development courses that will improve your comfort, confidence and performance on your bike to enable you to enjoy and complete your event and meet or surpass your goals.

The courses cover: bike fitting, safety checks, handling skills, approaches to training and nutrition
